Anna Masser is admitted to the bar in Hamburg, Germany and in the Canton of Zurich. She advises parties in dispute resolutions before international arbitral tribunals and before state courts. She has experience as party representative and secretary to arbitral tribunals in proceedings according to ICC Rules, Swiss Rules, LCIA Rules and in ad-hoc proceedings. Furthermore, she has acted as sole arbitrator in Swiss Rules proceedings and as chairperson in DIS proceedings. Focus of her work is on distribution, agency and supply contracts, as well as international commercial and company law.
Anna Masser studied law at the University of Heidelberg (1st State Exam 2005) and completed her "Referendariat" in Schleswig-Holstein (2nd State Exam 2007). Before joining Walder Wyss, Anna Masser worked for a major international law firm in Hamburg in the domain of corporate law (Private M&A).
