Daniel Wyss is a consultant in the Litigation & Arbitration Team. He represents parties before State Courts and Arbitral Tribunals and also regularly acts as Arbitrator, in particular within the fields of construction, directors' liabilities and international commercial contracts.

Born in 1944, Daniel Wyss was educated at Zurich University (Dr. iur. 1970) and at Harvard Law School (LL.M. 1974). He has working experience as District Court clerk, associate in a Winterthur law firm and foreign associate in a San Francisco law firm. He also is a member of the Bar Examination Board and the Court of Cassation of the canton of Zurich (part-time).

Daniel Wyss speaks German, English and French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
