Francis Nordmann advises institutional and private investors as well as owners of real estate in all aspects of real estate law including real estate financing. Another focus of Francis Nordmann is legal advice relating to financial services and all kind of forms of national and international corporate finance (including structured finance) and capital markets transactions. Moreover, Francis Nordmann advises clients in banking law, stock exchange law and corporate law matters including restructuring. In addition, Francis Nordmann advises high net worth individuals.

Born in 1969, Francis Nordmann was educated at Zurich and Basel University (lic. oec. publ. 1993, lic. iur. 1995, Dr. iur. 1996) and at the University of Melbourne (LL.M. 1999). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2001, he gained working experience as clerk at the civil court Basel, trainee in a Basel law firm and associate in Zurich and London law firms.

Francis Nordmann is recognized as leading real estate practitioner by Chambers and PLC. He speaks German, English, French and Hebrew. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
