Franziska Studer is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises in dispute resolutions and represents parties in international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. In addition, she has experience in acting as a secretary to arbitral tribunals. The main focus of her expertise includes all aspects of contract, commercial and inheritance law.
Franziska Studer studied law at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2007) and at the University of Alicante (Erasmus Scholar, 2005). Subsequently, she supplemented her education with a Certificate of Advanced Studies from the University of St. Gallen (CAS in Litigation, 2012) and a Master’s degree from the New York University School of Law (LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration, 2013). Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a junior lawyer in a boutique law firm in Lucerne and clerked at the District Court of Lucerne as well as at the Office of Public Prosecution of Lucerne.
Franziska Studer primarily practices in German and English, and is conversant in French and Spanish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
