Marc D. Veit is a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Team. His arbitration and commercial litigation practice concentrates on large-scale litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has represented multinational corporations and individuals in complex international litigation and arbitration matters involving various industries such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, commodity trading, international construction and shipping. Marc D. Veit also acts as arbitrator and teaches law at the University of Fribourg.

Born in 1970, Marc D. Veit was educated at the University of St. Gall (lic. iur. 1997; Dr. oec. 1999) and UC Berkeley, USA (Visiting Scholar, 1998). Before joining Walder Wyss, he was partner in a major law firm in Zurich.

Marc D. Veit's professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French and Spanish. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
