Peter Hongler is an associate in the Tax Team. He is working in the fields of domestic and international corporate tax as well as individual tax. He focuses particularly on national and international corporate reorganisations, restructurings, structured finance, financial and insurance products as well as private clients.

Peter Hongler was educated at the Universities of Bern (MLaw 2008) and Zurich (Dr. iur. 2011). He worked as a research assistant of Prof. Dr. Madeleine Simonek at the Universities of Zurich and Lucerne. Before joining Walder Wyss, he was a guest researcher at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During this time, he received a scholarship by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
