Simone Dobler is an associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. She focuses mainly on dispute resolution and advice in contractual matters in all aspects of intellectual property, contract and commercial law with an emphasis on trademark and unfair competition law. Further areas of practice are precious metal law as well as antitrust and competition law.

Born in 1984, Simone Dobler was educated at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2008). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2011, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich, as a trainee in a major Zurich business law firm and at the Commercial Court of Aargau.

Simone Dobler speaks German, English, French and Spanish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
