Chloé Ricci

Chloé Ricci works as an associate at Walder Wyss in Geneva. Her areas of expertise include corporate and non-profit law, as well as commercial contracts. Chloé Ricci regularly assists non-profit entities in structuring their initiatives in the form of foundations, associations, international organizations or companies, and advises them on all related legal matters.

Chloé Ricci studied at the University of Geneva where she obtained a Bachelor of Law in 2017, a Master of Law in 2019 and the Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies (Ecole d’avocature) in 2019. During her studies, she spent a year at the University of Zurich and a semester at the University of Bologna. She then worked for a year at a federal authority and completed her traineeship with a Geneva law firm specialized in corporate law. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in May 2023. Before joining Walder Wyss in September 2024, Chloé Ricci worked as an associate at sigma legal Ltd, a law firm based in Geneva.

Chloé Ricci primarily works in French and English. She is also fluent in Italian and has a good knowledge of German. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
