Flora V. Francioli

Flora Francioli is a senior associate in the Lausanne office of Walder Wyss. She mainly represents domestic and international clients before the courts in various commercial and administrative proceedings. Her areas of expertise include Employment Law, Medical Law and Health Law and Corporate and Commercial Law.

Flora Francioli graduated from the University of Geneva (BLaw, 2006, magna cum laude; MLaw, 2007, magna cum laude). After her studies, she gained working experience as a clerk within the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Vaud. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2011 after completing her lawyer traineeship in Geneva. Prior to joining Walder Wyss in 2019, she worked for a leading Swiss business law firm in Geneva and for a boutique law firm in Lausanne specializing in inheritance and commercial litigation.

She holds an LL.M. from The London School of Economics and Political Science in Corporate and Commercial Law (LL.M., 2019, with Merit).

Flora Francioli works mainly in French and English. She also speaks German, Italian and Hungarian. She is registered with the Vaud Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
