Jacopo Ograbek

Jacopo Ograbek is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at the Geneva office. His work covers all forms of commercial disputes. He is frequently involved in white collar crime matters, estate disputes as well as asset tracing and recovery matters. He also has several years of experience in migration, social security, and health law, enabling him to handle complex matters across diverse legal fields.

Jacopo Ograbek earned his law degree from the University of Geneva, with additional studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Heidelberg University. He completed his legal traineeship at a leading Swiss law firm and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2018, ranking first of his class.

He also holds two Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS): one in Health Law from the University of Neuchâtel, and another in Judiciary from the Universities of Neuchâtel and Lucerne, in collaboration with the Swiss Academy for Judges.

Before joining Walder Wyss, Jacopo Ograbek spent seven years as a human rights lawyer. Since 2022, he serves as a clerk at the Geneva Labour Court.

He advises clients in French, English, and Italian, and has a good command of German. Jacopo Ograbek is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice throughout Switzerland.
