GILW 2026 Side Event: Internal Investigations – Practical Insights into Key Issues

The session will be led by a team of Walder Wyss partners, Rodolphe Gautier, Rayan Houdrouge and Téo Genecand, together with Olivier Attias (August Debouzy, Paris), who will share practical insights into the key stages of internal investigations, from the decision to initiate proceedings to fact-finding and the implementation of corrective measures. Particular attention will be given to employment law aspects and challenges in regulated industries, especially the financial sector.
The session is designed to be interactive and will include the opportunity for discussion and exchange.
