At its meeting on 31 March 2021, the Federal Council adopted the ordinance on pilot trials for the controlled dispensing of non-medical cannabis. The ordinance regulates the strict requirements for conducting the trials. These trials are intended to provide a solid scientific basis for future decisions on the regulation of cannabis.
