We offer internal training and specialized courses that will prepare you optimally for the bar exam. Additionally, you will undertake a wide range of activities that will help you successfully meet professional challenges. Throughout your time with us, you will be supervised by experienced lawyers.
In our Zurich and Bern offices, you will rotate through different departments and business groups. At our other locations, you will work in a pool system.

Duration of the Trainee lawyer program
- Basel: 9-12 months
- Geneva: 18 months
- Lausanne: 24 months
- Lugano: 12 months
- Zurich: 12 net months (which can also be combined with Bern)
