Fouad Sayegh is a partner in the firm Walder Wyss. His expertise covers most aspects of domestic and international taxation, in particular private clients, trusts, M&A reorganizations and transactions, double taxation treaty applications, tax litigation, criminal tax law and disruptive technologies. Fouad Sayegh is registered at the Geneva and New York Bars and holds a law degree from the Geneva Law School and an LL. M. in international taxation from New York University. He has also worked in law firms in New York and Hong Kong and has served as an associate judge at the Administrative Tribunal of First Instance in Geneva (tax section).
