Ideally, you have prior work experience in a commercial law firm or in the legal department of a company. You have a particular interest in commercial law and would like to develop a specialization in this area.

Requirement for this challenging and interesting position are an excellent university degree (magna cum laude), which you have obtained at a swiss university, very good language skills in Italian, English and German, French would be an advantage, both written and spoken, as well as an enjoyment of teamwork. Additional qualifications such as a doctorate or an LL.M./MBA are an advantage.
