Alexander Eichhorn is a managing associate in Walder Wyss' Corporate & Commercial team. His preferred areas of practice include domestic and international M&A and corporation, economic, banking and finance law. Alexander Eichhorn specializes in collective investment schemes law and deals with all questions regarding investment funds, the distribution of investment funds and the relevant licensing. He also publishes in his areas of expertise on a regular basis.
Alexander Eichhorn studied at the University of St.Gallen (BA 2007; MA 2009; Dr. iur. HSG 2014). Before his admission to the bar, he worked as a trainee at a major business law firm in Zurich and at the District Court of St.Gallen. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Alexander Eichhorn worked as intern in a business law firm in Bangkok, Thailand, and as a lawyer in a leading international business law firm in Zurich.
Alexander Eichhorn's professional languages are German and English. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
