Managing Associate
Claudia Weber is a managing associate in the Corporate/M&A team. She is specialized in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, reorganizations, public takeovers as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises clients in the fields of corporate and commercial law as well as general contract law.
Claudia Weber studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2007), was admitted to the bar in 2012 and supplemented her education with a Master in corporate and financial services law of the University of Singapore (LL.M. 2017). Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as law clerk at the district court of Horgen, was chairwoman of the rental conciliation authority of the district of Horgen and worked as legal counsel in a Swiss construction and real estate company. In addition to that, she gained international professional experience in a large corporate & investment bank in Singapore.
Claudia Weber's professional languages are German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
