Areas of activity: Arbitration Litigation White Collar Crime & Investigations

Dominik Loch is an attorney in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. He provides advice in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and mutual legal assistance matters. His practice also includes advising and assisting individuals and legal entities in internal investigations and related criminal, administrative, and civil proceedings.

Dominik Loch studied at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2022). During his studies, he worked as a student assistant at a law firm in Zurich specializing in family, inheritance, and criminal law. Before joining Walder Wyss, Dominik Loch worked as a trainee lawyer at a large commercial law firm in Zurich and as a law clerk at the High Court (Insurance Court Division) of the Canton of Aargau. Since completing his studies, Dominik Loch has been teaching courses at the University of Zurich. In 2025, he was admitted to the bar.
