Elena Gemes is an associate at Walder Wyss in Geneva. She advises and represents our clients in court, particularly in inheritance proceedings.

Elena Gemes studied at the University of Geneva, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws (2021) and a Master of Laws (2023). She then obtained a certificate of specialisation in law from the University of Geneva (2023) and passed the Geneva bar exam on her first attempt (May 2025).

Before joining Walder Wyss in October 2025, Elena Gemes completed her legal internship at a law firm specialising in litigation, particularly in the areas of criminal law, family law and commercial law.

Elena Gemes works in French, English and Spanish and has a good knowledge of German. She is registered with the Geneva Bar and is authorised to practise before the Swiss courts.
