Gina Moll is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She primarily advises on white collar criminal matters and assists clients in internal investigations.

Gina Moll studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law 2019) and at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University (LL.M. in International Law). During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law at the University of St. Gallen. After graduation, she completed her legal internships at a leading business law firm in Zurich as well as at the Superior Court of the Canton of Aargau and worked at the Swiss Business Hub in São Paulo. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a law clerk at the Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of the Canton of Aargau.

She passed the bar exam in 2021. Gina Moll practices in German and English. She also speaks Portuguese and French.
