Areas of activity: Arbitration Litigation White Collar Crime & Investigations

Iris Staub is an attorney in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She provides advice in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and mutual legal assistance matters. Her practice also includes advising and assisting individuals and legal entities in internal investigations and related criminal, administrative, and civil proceedings.

Iris Staub studied at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2022). During her studies, she worked in a legal aid office and a cantonal social insurance agency. Before joining Walder Wyss, Iris Staub worked as a trainee lawyer at a commercial law firm in Zurich and as a trainee law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. In 2026, she was admitted to the bar.
