Areas of activity: Corporate / M&A

Jenny von Arx is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. Her preferred areas of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as general contract law.

Jenny von Arx studied law at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2020, MLaw 2021). During her studies, she worked for a lawyer as a legal employee and completed two short-term internships, including one at Walder Wyss. Before starting her career as an attorney in 2024, Jenny von Arx worked as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss and completed an internship at the District Court (first instance) of Baden.

Jenny von Arx practices in both German and English. She also speaks French.
