Katrin Hagger is an associate in the Banking & Finance Team at Walder Wyss. Her preferred areas of practice include financing, restructuring and M&A transactions and she advises clients in connection with banking, financial and capital market law.
Katrin Hagger studied law at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2016, MLaw 2018) and specialised in international financial law at King's College London (LL.M. 2018). She was admitted to the bar in 2021. Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an attorney she worked as a trainee lawyer and legal assistant, respecively, in two business law firms in Zurich. She further holds a diploma in Business Administration.
Katrin Hagger speaks German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
