Mirko Babic is an Attorney at Law in the Real Estate team at Walder Wyss. He advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters in all areas of construction and real estate law and represents clients before courts and authorities. In addition to real estate, his preferred areas of practice include corporate and contract law.

Mirko Babic studied law at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2020, MLaw 2021). Before joining Walder Wyss as an Attorney at Law, he worked as a compliance officer at a private bank in Zurich, as a trainee lawyer at a commercial law firm in Zurich, and as a senior specialist in real estate law at a legal protection insurance company. He was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich in 2025.
In addition to his work as an Attorney at Law, Mirko Babic lectures at the HKV Aarau.

Mirko Babic works primarily in German and English. He also speaks Croatian.
