Attorney at Law
Noémi Ziegler is a lawyer in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. She deals primarily with matters regarding data protection legislation and supports companies in all areas of data protection law, in particular in the implementation of data protection compliance.
Following her studies in political science in Zurich and Paris (2008), Noémi Ziegler studied law at the University of St.Gallen (MA HSG in Law 2012). After working at an interdisciplinary research centre of the universities of Zurich and Geneva, she completed internships with the regional arbitration authority for Bern-Mittelland and at the secretariat of the Swiss Competition Commission. She then worked as a trainee lawyer for a mid-sized corporate law firm in Zurich, before being admitted to the bar in Zurich in 2017. She is a certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and a co-author on www.datenrecht.ch (a platform on data law).
