Oliver Knöpfli studied law (D/F) at the University of Freiburg i.Üe. During his studies, he did summer internships in various law firms in Basel, Zurich and Geneva and worked for Prof. Dr Alexandra Jungo (2020-2023) and Prof. Dr Felix Uhlmann (2019-2023). He completed his studies after a semester abroad at the Sapienza Università di Roma in the summer of 2023 (MLaw; summa cum laude). After his studies, he completed a traineeship of one year at a criminal law firm in Zurich.

Oliver Knöpfli speaks German, French, Italian and English.
