Regula Fellner is an associate in the Zurich office of Walder Wyss. She advises companies, private individuals and public sector clients on all aspects of public and administrative law with a particular focus on public construction, environmental and procurement law as well as on healthcare law. She advises and represents clients both in courts and before administrative bodies.

Regula Fellner was educated at the University of Basel (lic. iur., 2009). She was admitted to the bar in 2014. Before joining Walder Wyss in 2017 she worked as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau and as an attorney in a Zurich law firm specializing in construction and procurement law. Amongst others, she gathered further practical experiences as a trainee in a law firm in Basel and at the Departement of Economic, Social and Environmental Affairs of the Canton of Basel-Stadt.

Regula Fellner speaks German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
