Samuel Lieberherr is counsel in the Corporate/M&A team. He specializes in domestic and international M&A transactions and advises investors on acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Others preferred areas of practice include corporate law and reorganisations. Additionally, he advises clients on all matters of business law related to their daily operations and supports them regarding corporate governance and ESG.

He studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur. 2005) and holds an MBA from the Cass Business School, London (MBA 2013). Before joining Walder Wyss he worked as lawyer for a major law firm in Zurich, as law clerk at the District Court of Meilen and as trainee for a law firm in the Channel Islands (UK).

Samuel Lieberherr speaks German and English. He is registered in the Zurich Bar Registry.
