Sébastien Aubert is an associate in our Corporate & M&A team at Walder Wyss. His preferred areas of practice include contract law, corporate and commercial law and mergers & acquisitions.

Sébastien Aubert studied at the University of Geneva where he obtained a Bachelor (2016) and a Master of Law (2018) as well as a Certificate of Advanced Legal Studies (2019). He then completed his lawyer traineeship in a leading business law firm in Geneva and successfully sat the bar exam in 2021. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Sébastien Aubert worked as research assistant at the Digital Law Center of the University of Geneva and gained hands-on legal experience as an in-house counsel at a global IT company.

Sébastien Aubert primarily advises clients in French and English. He is registered with the Bar Register of the Canton of Vaud and is admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
