26 May 2020 – We have been retained by the University Hospital Zurich to conduct an investigation into the department of cardiac surgery, in particular regarding alleged conflicts of interests of the head of the department in relation to the use of devices from companies in which he himself had a stake.

The team was lead by Oliver M. Kunz (Partner) and included Pascale Köster (Senior Associate), Anouk Lang (Associate) and Mirjam Olah (Associate). An anonymized version of the report was published on the website of the University Hospital Zurich in May 2020.
