Covid-19 vaccine procurement investigation launched
10 June 2022 – The Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) has launched an administrative investigation into the procurement of Covid-19 vaccines. Possible omissions have been discovered during parliamentary deliberations on the credits for the procurement of vaccines. Federal Councillor Alain Berset therefore informed the Finance Committee of the National Council that he had initiated an administrative investigation to clarify whether all vaccine procurements were covered by credits and whether parliamentary reservations had been inserted in the contracts.
