13 January 2023 – At the end of 2022, an above-average number of people changed health insurers, resulting in an increased need for new cards. Affected persons are therefore waiting for their new insurance cards but can claim health insurance benefits as usual and only need to show their OASI (old-age and survivors’ insurance) number (AHV-Nummer) as well as the name of the insurer.
