Swissmedic: Instructions on the new procedure for submitting applications

16 September 2024 – New implementing regulations apply as of 1 November 2024. Swissmedic has announced that enforcement authorities have issued instructions for applicants regarding the procedural aspects during the transition to the revised regulatory framework. Updated instructions and templates are available on the websites of swissethics and Swissmedic.
