FOPH: Federal Councillor Baume-Schneider at the meeting of EU health ministers

16 September 2025 – The Federal Councillor Baume-Schneider attended the informal meeting of EU health ministers in Copenhagen on 15 and 16 September 2025. Main topics of discussion included crisis preparedness and security of supply, antimicrobial resistance (antimikrobielle Resistenzen, AMR) as well as the life sciences sector.

Additionally, the meeting was used as a platform to discuss digital transformation in the health sector. The exchange was made with selected private and public Danish actors. As a pioneer in this field, Denmark has extensive experience in digital dossier management and interoperability.
