13 October 2025 – In August 2025, Swissmedic published a position paper providing guidance on the current enforcement practice regarding the classification of parenterally administered products without an intended medical purpose. Swissmedic has now published a shortened version of this document, specifically aimed at professionals in the cosmetics industry to ensure legally compliant use.
