The Federal Council has approved three tariff contracts: the SwissDRG tariff contract for in-patient acute somatic hospital services, the TARPSY tariff contract for in-patient psychiatric care, and the ST Reha tariff contract for in-patient rehabilitation. All three contracts were newly concluded between the hospital association H+ and the Swiss health insurers’ association prio.swiss. They replace the previously applicable tariff contracts and will come into force on 1 January 2026. The Federal Council has also approved the case-based contribution rate for the period from 2026 to 2028. This will remain unchanged at CHF 2.80.
