Swissmedic: Changes to the Guidance Document Drug Safety Signals HMP and the Signal Notification Form

The Guidance document on Drug Safety Signals HMP has undergone a comprehensive revision, with its structure reorganised and its content clarified to improve clarity and readability. In addition, the Signal Notification Form has been updated to reflect the new requirements. Both the revised Guidance document and the updated Signal Notification Form came into effect on 1 February 2026.
