Promotions at Walder Wyss



We are delighted to announce the appointment of  Lucas Hänni as new Counsel and Michael Feit as new Managing Associate of the firm with effect as from 1 January 2014.

Lucas Hänni focuses on public to private M&A transactions and private equity deals, including the full range of transactions from venture capital investment to large cross-border deals. His experience includes advising listed companies and investors on stock exchange and capital market law. Further, he advises corporate clients on all matters of corporate and commercial law related to daily business.

Michael Feit is specialised in arbitration and litigation. He advises in dispute resolutions and represents parties in international arbitrations, before state courts and in enforcement and legal assistance matters. His practice encompasses a broad range of industries, particularly construction disputes and disputes arising from distribution agreements and private banking. Michael Feit has furthermore a special interest in investment arbitration and regularly publishes articles on this topic.
