Promotions at Walder Wyss



We are pleased to be able to inform you that Christine Beutler, Alexandre Both, Dominik Hohler, Simon Kehl as well Robert von Rosen have been promoted to managing associates in our law firm effective as of 1 January 2015.

Christine Beutler is a managing associate and notary in our office in Bern. She focuses her practice on contract, commercial and corporate law as well as property law and marital and inheritance law.

Alexandre Both is primarily involved in merges and acquisitions (M&A) and financings. In the field of M&A, he focuses on private and public transactions, especially national and cross-border corporate acquisitions, mergers, asset transfers and spin-offs. In the field of finance, he handles especially financings for real estate transactions, acquisitions, projects and structured financing. He also works in the area of banking, stock exchange and capital markets law.

Dominik Hohler advises national and international companies in restructurings, financing, developing and expanding their corporate structures as well as recovery measures and insolvency. He also handles national and international corporate sales and mergers (M&A), private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition, he advises companies in their daily operations in all fields of commercial and corporate law. Dominik Hohler regularly publishes in his practice areas.

Simon Kehl handles primarily national and international purchases of companies and mergers (M&A on the side of both purchasers as well as sellers), private equity and venture capital transaction as well as joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He supports companies in issues of corporate governance, structuring compensation and incentive systems and in the field of stock exchange and capital markets law. He also advises companies on their daily business in all areas of commercial and corporate law. Simon Kehl is also an instructor at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Robert von Rosen is a managing associate in our Basel office. He focuses on national and international corporate takeovers (M&A) and also advises in all fields of commercial and corporate law. A further emphasis of his practice lies in the areas of banking, finance and capital markets law.
