Swiss Life AG issued a CHF 300 million hybrid bond



Swiss Life AG successfully issued a CHF 300 million subordinated perpetual bond, guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Swiss Life Holding AG. The coupon was fixed for the first five years and ten months at 5.5%. UBS AG, Credit Suisse AG and Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch, act as joint lead managers on this transaction; The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Edinburgh, Zurich Branch, acts as co-lead manager.

Walder Wyss acts as legal counsel to Swiss Life AG on the issuance and placement of the bond.
