  • We negotiate financial restructuring and debt restructuring programmes and take an active role in court insolvency proceedings on behalf of our clients. This includes debt moratoriums, standstill agreements with asset assignment, private debt restructuring, and bankruptcy
  • We engage in mandates as a Swiss legal advisor for cross-border insolvency and restructuring projects
  • We represent foreign courts, settlement trustees, liquidators, and trustees and their lawyers in insolvency proceedings conducted in multiple jurisdictions
