Alice Vorburger is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team. Her preferred areas of practice include contract law, corporate and commercial law as well as mergers & acquisitions. She also advises startups with regard to the implementation and financing of their business ideas.

Alice Vorburger was educated at the University of St. Gallen and Université de Lausanne (M.A. HSG in Law, 2015). During her studies she worked as a research assistant at the chair of private law, (international) private and commercial law as well as comparative law at the University of St. Gallen. As a Fulbright Fellow, she complemented her education at the New York University School of Law, New York (LL.M. 2020). In 2022, Alice Vorburger was working as an Associate Secondee for an English law firm in London. Before joining Walder Wyss, Alice Vorburger gained work experience as a law clerk at the district court See-Gaster in the Canton of St. Gallen as well as a trainee in a midsize law firm in Zurich.

Alice Vorburger’s professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French and has a basic knowledge in Spanish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in Switzerland as well as in the state of New York, USA.
