Christian Lütolf is a managing associate in the Corporate & Commercial Team. He specializes in private M&A transactions with a focus on acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. He advises investors on their investments and assists and supports founders and their start-ups in all questions which arise in connection with the realization of their business idea, from the incorporation to growth financing to the exit of the start-up, as well as in matters relating to employee participation plans, transactions or other corporate or contractual matters.
He studied at the University of Zurich (MLaw, 2011) and holds a Master in Corporate Governance and Legal Practice of Stanford Law School (LL.M., 2018). During his studies, he worked in the in-house legal department of a bank. Before joining Walder Wyss, he gained working experience as a trainee in a leading law firm in Zurich and as a law clerk at the district court of Winterthur.
