22 juillet 2022 – The European Medicines Agency (EMA) started evaluating the renewal of the conditional marketing authorisation for Comirnaty. Comirnaty is a vaccine for preventing Covid-19 disease in people aged five years and older.

The EMA also started evaluating the use of Comirnaty in children aged six months to four years.
