14 octobre 2022 – During investigations following a supervisory complaint and because of the decisions of various courts, the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), as the supervisory authority, came across serious and numerous deficiencies at the SLKK. These concern both the handling of a specific case as well as the trust medical service in general, the legal competences and the internal organisation of the insurer. In the interest of the insured persons and regarding proper management and legally compliant organisation, the SLKK must remedy these deficiencies completely and quickly. Therefore, the FOPH has demanded by means of 15 directives that SLKK take various measures. The implementation of these measures will be monitored. The SLKK has accepted all directives and intends to implement them.
