2 décembre 2022 – At its meeting on 23 November 2022, the Federal Council decided to bring several measures to contain healthcare costs into force on 1 January 2023: the obligation to disclose data for insurers and service providers in the outpatient sector, the article on experimentation, and the promotion of flat rates. In addition, the Federal Council is bringing the Federal Act on the Disclosure of Data by Insurers into force. The Federal Council also adapts the licensing conditions for psychological psychotherapists who are allowed to charge the mandatory health insurance.
