11 avril 2025 – The French Sogestran Group has taken over the Duisburg-based shipping company Reederei Jaegers, which specialises in the transport of liquid petrochemical and chemical bulk goods on European inland waterways. The transaction, which also includes the acquisition of 57 vessels, makes the Sogestran Group a European market leader among inland shipping companies for liquid bulk goods. In future, Sogestran will be present on the European waterways with more than 200 motor vessels, push boats and barges and will thus be able to offer international customers even better solutions for inland transport on a European level.
