Andrea Futter is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She provides advice in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and mutual legal assistance matters. Her practice also includes advising and assisting individuals and legal entities in internal investigations and related criminal, administrative, and civil proceedings.

Andrea Futter studied at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2020) and at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia (semester abroad, 2018). Before joining Walder Wyss, Andrea Futter worked as a lawyer in a renowned boutique law firm specializing in family and inheritance law, as a law clerk at the District Court of Meilen and as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss.

Andrea Futter practices in German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Swiss courts.
