Chi​a​ra Wirz is an as​so​cia​te in the Employ​ment Team of Wal​der Wyss. Her pre​fer​red areas of prac​ti​ce in​clu​de employ​ment law, commercial and cor​po​ra​te law, data protection law, migration law as well as so​ci​al se​cu​ri​ty law. She re​pres​ents par​ties be​fo​re all Swiss au​tho​ri​ties and sta​te courts. Chiara Wirz focuses in particular on the interface between employment law and data protection.

During her law studies at the University of Bern (MLaw 2016), Chiara Wirz worked at the Institute for Liability and Insurance Law (Institute for Civil Law). She then completed her legal internships at a leading business law firm in Zurich as well as at the Supreme Court of the Canton of Aargau and was admitted to the bar in 2019. Before joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, she worked as an academic assistant at the University of Bern and was also working on her doctoral thesis in the field of employment law.

Chiara Wirz's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
