Laura Luongo is counsel in the Employment Law Team. She regularly advises and represents our clients in all aspects of employment law, including litigation matters, primarily complex employment disputes, whether for domestic or international clients. She also advises our clients on immigration, social security and insurance matters.

Her expertise also includes succession law and advising international high-net-worth individuals on asset holding structures, estate planning, relocation and philanthropy.

Laura Luongo graduated in 2008 from the University of Lausanne, where she obtained a Master of Laws degree (MLaw, summa cum laude). From 2009 to 2011, she worked as clerk at the first instance court in Yverdon and then as legal counsel to the office of a public notary in Montreux. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked in the litigation team, respectively private clients team, of two other leading Swiss law firms in Geneva.

Laura Luongo speaks French and English and has also good knowledge of Italian. Laura Luongo is registered with the Geneva bar and is permitted to practice before all Swiss courts. She is a member of the International Association of Young Laywers (AIJA).
